Aurix connects to Shopify or Wix, and to Lightspeed if you use it. It pulls products in from Lightspeed on demand or on a schedule, so new pieces show up ready to finish, then publishes approved listings to your store.

Yes. Aurix keeps your customers in one place, from Shopify, Lightspeed or a spreadsheet, and sends follow-up emails you switch on: a review request after a purchase, a note when a repair is ready, a purchase anniversary, a birthday, and a we-miss-you. Emails go out in your store name, replies come to you, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Aurix sends email only, never texts.

Digital invoicing is in early access. A brand sends an invoice with each piece already photographed, titled and described, and can share it with a private link. The jeweler imports it into their point of sale by direct connection, or downloads it as a CSV or sheet in their point of sale import format. Everything Aurix generates runs on credits, and every plan includes a monthly batch. A title is 1 credit and a category is 1. Descriptions are 2 credits for short, 4 for medium and 6 for long. Photographs are 30 credits each in standard definition and 50 in high definition. A fully finished product, with a title, a category, a medium description and two high-definition photographs, comes to about 106 credits.

It is the detail in the photograph. Standard definition (30 credits an image) suits fast-loading web images. High definition (50 credits an image) is the default, for sharp product and lifestyle photographs on any storefront. You choose the definition when you set up your photographs.

Nothing breaks. If you use up your monthly quota, you can top up with a credit pack (1,000 for $29, 3,000 for $69, or 9,000 for $199) on any active paid plan, or move up a plan in one click. Most stores settle on a plan that comfortably covers their monthly catalog, so this rarely comes up.
